Based in Los Angeles, California, Philip Godfrey most recently served as a senior advisor at New State Capital Partners, providing operational and financial advice to specialty manufacturing and tech-enabled service organizations. He focused on implementing capital structure solutions and designed and executed on growth initiatives to accelerate growth and perpetuate value creation.
